The idea of placing the rolling shutter box outside the window is not new. It is a simple solution if no lintel boxes were planned or installed originally. With Heydebreck prefabricated elements, builders are guaranteed they are recieving the most stable material on the market.

Blind boxes can be made from folded aluminum sheet or in a more stable extruded version.

Ever-increasing energy costs and rapidly changing climatic conditions, from unbearable heat to record-breaking environmental events, make rolling shutters an indispensable feature of today's housing stock. Front-mounted rolling shutter element, box made of extruded aluminium, closed on 4 sides, powder-coated or anodised, aluminum panel, 20°/45° slanted or semi-circular as an inspection cover. Aluminum die-cast caps, powder-coated. Inspection cover additionally reinforced with aluminum bracket.

Mini-Magnum rolling shutters made of double-walled, extruded aluminium. Additional trailing edge reinforcement profile with lateral pull-out protection.

Reinforced guide rail 53/25/53 with hollow chamber.

Shaft 60 mm, galvanized, ball bearings.

Operation by motor or crank drive.

Anti-lift device with rigid shaft connectors.

Front-mounted rolling shutter element, panel made of 3 mm extruded aluminium, closed on 4 sides, powder-coated, three-piece aluminum panel, lower part slanted 45° as an inspection cover, locked with steel bolts. Powder-coated steel caps.

Mini-Oscar roller shutter curtain made of double-walled, roll-formed, hardened aluminum profiles of special thickness, with extremely hard cast resin filling, each bar equipped with a double-screwed safety lock on both sides.

Double anti-lift device using a continuous locking profile in the trailing edge and a continuous, extruded aluminum profile security device above the curtain with a mounting profile directly on the shaft. Trailing edge with reinforcement profile and steel insert.

Aluminum guide rails reinforced with safety bar and hollow chamber 68/35/68, drilled from the front.

Reinforced steel shaft 70 mm, octagon.

Motor operation by wall or hand-held transmitter.

Tested and certified according to RC2 up to a size of 209.5 x 235.0 cm (element size). Only non-perforated rolling shutter slats. Element tested only as left hand roller!

From a tank weight of 20 kg with roll-off protection!

Rolling shutter curtain Mini-Bullit made of double-walled, roll-formed, hardened special steel profiles, with extremely hard cast resin filling, each bar equipped with a double-screwed safety lock on both sides. Only available without light punching.

Aluminum guide rails reinforced with safety bar and hollow chamber 88/35/88, drilled from the front.
